02.Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, website information is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a technical diagnosis, guaranteed quotation or professional assessment of a specific AC system. Actual faults, repair requirements, costs and completion times may only become clear after inspection by a technician. We may change, remove or update website content, services, prices, availability or other information without prior notice.
03.Service Enquiries and Bookings
Customers may contact us through our website, telephone, email or other communication channels made available by the company. When requesting a service, you may be asked to provide information including your:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Property address
- Emirate or location
- Required service
- Description of the AC issue
- Preferred appointment information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. A website form submission or enquiry does not automatically create a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed once our team accepts the request and communicates the appointment or service arrangement to you.
04.Quotations and Estimates
Any quotation is based on the information available to us when it is prepared. Where a quotation is provided before physical inspection, it may be treated as an estimate unless specifically stated otherwise. Additional faults or requirements may become apparent when equipment is opened, inspected or tested. Examples can include hidden electrical faults, damaged components, refrigerant problems, blocked drainage, inaccessible equipment or previously completed work that affects the repair. If additional work is reasonably required, we will normally explain the issue and, where practicable, seek customer approval before proceeding with work outside the original agreed scope. A quotation may be subject to a validity period stated when it is issued.
05.Prices and Payment
Prices may depend on factors such as:
- Type of AC system
- Property type
- Nature of the fault
- Parts required
- Labour required
- Accessibility
- Location
- Urgency
- Number of units
- Additional work identified during inspection
The customer must pay the amount agreed in the quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or other service agreement. Where deposits or advance payments are required, these will be communicated before the relevant work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, additional parts, materials or services outside the original scope may result in additional charges. Customers should review the final quotation or invoice carefully and raise any questions promptly.
06.Access to the Property
The customer must provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the property and equipment at the agreed appointment time. The customer should ensure that:
- An authorised adult is available where necessary.
- The relevant AC equipment can be accessed safely.
- Restricted rooms or areas can be entered where required.
- Pets and other potential hazards are controlled.
- Technicians are informed of known site hazards.
- Any required building or community access permission has been arranged.
If our team cannot safely access the equipment or property, we may postpone or decline the work.
07.Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about the system and any known history of faults, previous repairs or unusual operating conditions. Customers must not knowingly conceal information that could affect technician safety or the accuracy of a diagnosis. After completion, customers should follow reasonable operating, maintenance and aftercare instructions given by our technicians. Failure to follow professional recommendations may affect system performance and could contribute to future faults.
08.Inspection and Diagnosis
An initial inspection may be necessary before a repair recommendation can be made. Some AC problems have several possible causes. A technician may therefore need to test components, examine wiring, check drainage, inspect refrigerant-related issues or assess system performance before identifying the fault. A diagnosis reflects the condition observable at the time of inspection. We cannot guarantee that an inspection will identify every future or unrelated fault within an ageing or complex system.
09.Parts and Replacement Components
Where parts require replacement, we may use suitable original, compatible or equivalent components depending on availability, manufacturer requirements and customer agreement. Availability of replacement parts may affect completion times. If a specific component is unavailable, we may recommend an appropriate alternative or reschedule the repair until the required part becomes available. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment or components may be subject to the manufacturer’s own conditions.
10.Service Times and Delays
We aim to attend bookings and complete work within agreed or estimated times. However, appointment and completion times are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed as such in writing. Delays may arise because of:
- Traffic
- Emergency callouts
- Parts availability
- Supplier delays
- Unexpected technical complications
- Building access restrictions
- Severe weather
- Safety concerns
- Events outside our reasonable control
Where possible, we will communicate significant delays to the customer.
11.Emergency and Same-Day Services
Where emergency, urgent or same-day assistance is available, availability may depend on technician schedules, location, traffic, required equipment and the nature of the fault. References on the website to rapid, same-day or emergency service describe our service capability and intention but do not constitute a guarantee that a technician will arrive within a particular period. Any additional charge applicable to an emergency or out-of-hours service should be confirmed as part of the booking or quotation.
12.Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please contact us as early as reasonably possible. Where a cancellation fee, callout fee or non-refundable deposit applies, this should be communicated before or when the relevant booking is confirmed. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from safely or practically providing the service.
13.Workmanship and Service Concerns
We aim to provide services with reasonable care, technical competence and professional workmanship. If you believe there is a problem directly related to work we completed, please contact us promptly and provide relevant details. We may need to inspect the equipment before determining whether the issue relates to our previous service, a separate fault, normal wear, customer misuse or another contractor’s work. Any applicable workmanship commitment or warranty will be subject to the terms communicated for that particular service.
14.Pre-existing and Unrelated Faults
AC systems can contain ageing, worn, damaged or previously repaired components. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects that were not caused by our work. Repairing one identified problem does not guarantee that another component will not fail later. Where a system is significantly deteriorated, repeatedly failing or economically impractical to repair, we may recommend replacement rather than continued repair.
15.Customer Property and Damage
Our technicians will take reasonable care while working at a customer’s property. The customer should remove fragile, valuable or obstructive items from the immediate work area before the technician begins. We will not be responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, unsafe structures, concealed problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
16.Health and Safety
We reserve the right to stop, postpone or refuse work where our technicians reasonably believe that conditions are unsafe. Examples may include dangerous electrical systems, unsafe access, structural hazards, aggressive behaviour, hazardous materials or conditions that place people or property at unreasonable risk. Safety takes priority over completion speed.
17.Third-Party Contractors and Suppliers
Where appropriate, we may use suppliers, specialist technicians, manufacturers or subcontractors to support the delivery of a service. Any third party engaged by us will be expected to carry out the relevant work professionally and within the scope assigned to them. Third-party products may also be subject to separate manufacturer or supplier terms.
18.Website Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including text, branding, graphics, layouts, logos, photographs and other materials, belong to or are licensed for use by Al Bader AC System Cont LLC. You may view website content for personal and legitimate business purposes. - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful software.
- Use automated systems to interfere with website operation.
- Submit false, fraudulent or abusive service requests.
- Impersonate another individual or business.
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.
20.Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, mapping services or other external resources. These services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability or practices of third-party websites.
21.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Al Bader AC System Cont LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use or service delays where such loss could not reasonably have been anticipated. We are not responsible for losses resulting from:
- Customer-provided inaccurate information
- Pre-existing AC defects
- Failure to follow technician recommendations
- Unauthorised alterations after our work
- Third-party repairs
- Manufacturer defects
- Events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be limited under UAE law.
22.Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control. These may include extreme weather, flooding, government action, utility failure, supplier disruption, transport restrictions, civil disturbance, fire, technical infrastructure failure or other exceptional events. We will take reasonable steps to resume affected services when circumstances allow.
23.Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website or during the provision of our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy to understand the types of information we collect, how it may be used and the choices available to you.
24.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after an update means the current version will apply to future interactions.
25.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable law.
